Vineyard surfing
Specifically, the project opens with a simplified map of Franciacorta highlighting the townships, the most important natural features and a series of numbered locations.
Each number corresponds to a group of vineyards, and by clicking on it, or opening the menu on the bottom left (360° Views), the user can access the corresponding details.
The same page contains a map on the top right, very simple and user-friendly, showing the latitude of Franciacorta compared to other European winemaking regions, as well as summary information regarding Franciacorta and the Ca’ del Bosco universe.
When the user selects a group of vineyards, the panoramic landing page opens. Its default rotation can be stopped and started by clicking on the third icon on the menu. Users can access the other 360° panoramic views by clicking on the thumbnails on the same menu. To read the text, users must instead click on “The Vineyards”, on the bottom left.
The project provides for another two levels of visualization: one lets the viewer see the subdivision per varietal and the hectares planted in each vineyard, while the other instead goes into detail for each single plot and provides access to other information, such as the year the vines were planted, the type of training and much more.
Access to these two additional levels can be obtained by filling out the form found in the reserved area, specifying the reason for the request and the applicant’s profession. Ca’ del Bosco will evaluate the request and provide an answer in timely fashion.
