Created with the 1980 vintage, this Franciacorta is in every way the predecessor of today’s Vintage Collection Dosage Zéro Noir: the blanc de noirs by Ca' del Bosco. Only 100% pure Pinot Nero, vinified as a white wine, from a harvest with very low yields but excellent quality: the best possible conditions for creating a masterpiece.
